Why do I hit in the cage but not in games?
Because the cage lets you repeat a swing you don't understand. When the game speeds up, the cue you were leaning on doesn't hold, and you have no way to feel what broke or how to fix it before the next pitch.
The fix is not another cue. It is awareness of what your body is doing, a plan built for your miss, and training that makes the swing hold up in your timing, your approach, and game pressure. That is what the Body Awareness Hitting System Standard is built for, for baseball and softball hitters alike.
We Measure Games, Not Cage Rounds.
We measure what happens when the game counts. These are the same numbers published on our results page.

Cage Vs Game Questions
Why does my swing fall apart in games? arrow_forward
Most hitters train drills, positions, and cues without learning why their misses happen. In a game there is no time to think through a cue. If you can't feel the breakdown, you can't adjust pitch to pitch.
Are more cage reps the answer? arrow_forward
Not by themselves. A swing that only works in the cage isn't enough. Reps build on each other when each one has a purpose and you know what it should feel like.
How do you train game transfer? arrow_forward
Diagnose why the miss happens, rebuild the missing piece, then transfer it into your timing, your approach, and game pressure. Pre pitch routine, attention control, and emotional reset between at bats are built into the program.
Is it different for softball hitters? arrow_forward
The problem is the same in baseball and softball: the cage swing doesn't survive the game. The work is individual either way, because every hitter moves differently.
How long before it shows up in games? arrow_forward
Depth and pace are individual. The structure is not: assessment and plan in week 1, movement awareness in weeks 2 to 4, game transfer and consistency under pressure in weeks 5 to 8.
